Often, yes. A lot of slowness comes from a handful of plugins and an oversized theme, and that's a repair job rather than a rebuild. We'll only recommend rebuilding when the foundation genuinely can't be salvaged economically.
We don't build new sites on them. They add weight and lock your content into their markup. We build custom blocks in the native editor instead. If you already have a builder site, we can work with it or migrate you off it.
Custom blocks are far more stable across updates than builder layouts. Our care plans test updates on staging before they touch production, which is where most 'WordPress broke' stories actually start.
Yes, when maintained. Nearly every compromise we've cleaned up traced back to an outdated plugin or a weak admin password rather than WordPress core. Hardening and a real update policy handle it.
